Locations - Rugby OTPD
Carillion's principal maintanence depot.

From the station entrance, turn left then go under the railway bridge. Carry on down this road until you see the official entrance. Carry on a bit until you are past the shed, then turn right into a lane. Follow this lane to the metal fence, and you should be able to get everything outside the depot - take some binoculars, as some stable quite a long way away.
Usual machines
Obviously Carillion machines, a few WCRM OHL alliance Road Railers, a few OHLM coaches, and some other wagons, like the tanks from the Birmingham Drain Train. Two strange little shunters can also be found here.

As WCML upgrade seems to be less high profile now, does anybody know how Rugby OTPD has now been split? All there appears to be is a burnt out unimog inspection platform...

Yes Robbie the Unimog is one of my vehicles that was returning from LH in derby following routine maintenance and caught fire on the m6 just north of the rugby turn off and the Rugby depot belongs to Carillion and network rail occupy the offices and carillion mainly have the the machine repair sheds but I hear they have sold the depot now not sure how true that is

Rugby Mill Road depot now occupied by Colas Rail ,new signage to this effect is now in situ at entrance to site
