DR 77904 arrives

Network Rail have taken delivery of their second Plasser & Theurer USP 5000RT Ballast Regulator.
DR 77904 arrived at the start of November, and was soon to Doncaster to work on the ECML (along with DR 73113). It's build number 797 of 2005.
