OTP Photo Competition 2009
22 May 2009

Something for all you budding OTP photographers out there!
We're happy to announce we will be running an OTP photographic competition which will run for the rest of the year.
This is a chance for you to get a bit artistic, creative and imaginative with your OTP photos whether it be an unusual location, different angle, a night shot / "OTP in action" or a close-up detail.
We ran something similar a few years back in the run up to Christmas 2001 but the timescale was quite short. This one will run for a lot longer so that everyone has more time to participate and have a think about how they may compose their shots over the summer.
Closing date for entries will be on December 19th 2009 with the winner announced on the website's big tenth birthday on 29th December 2009.
Great prizes will be available including book tokens and a rare copy of Track Machines Book 1 from 1984!
Entries must be uploaded via the website - which will mean registering your name if you haven't done so already. Please also label your entries "competition" in the "comment" field. Some of the entries will be displayed on a special page in the future.
We look forward to seeing your pictures!

Gone a bit quiet on this front lately - but there's still over two months remaining for you to raid your photo archives for interesting OTP-related pics, or better still get out there and find something unusual in some way. We look forward to your entries - especially action photos. Remember to put "competition" in the comments box when uploading your photos please and when we have enough we will put a selection on here.
They can be UK or worldwide photos as long as OTP is still the basic theme...
