Only on loan at Peak Rail i understand (not preserved). It carries the number 'Fleet no MT 04'

There is a phone number on the back! Probably not very clear though so I've just checked another of my photos from another angle - number is 0788 558 4292.

Currently carries number 04 & 82050 128. did not see 30001 anywhere.
