Nice to see this trolley being restored. It had been stored off track at Darley Dale for some time. It isn't numbered at present but did still carry former numbers TR6 DB6 a few years ago but has never actually carried its allocated CEPS number DX68051

works number 6901 of 1954 Type 4B Wickham Trolley initially delievered to GWR. Allocated to Caersws and later Llanbrynmair, sold to Llangollen Railway Soc 2/82, resold to Peak Rail 7/83, to Darley Dale 4/88

The Ruston diesel in the background in BR style blue livery is in fact a former industrial loco once of Rowntrees chocolate factory at York which is currently disguised as BR departmental 20 (the ex-Reading Signal Works shunter)
