This DTS has been stripped of most of its working parts, and is mainly used as a driver training, route knowledge or towing other machines around, as it is here pulling a plasser crane.

Had some good days learning to drive on this machine with "Captain Bob", sad to see it has had the plug pulled on it.

I know the Germans came to have a look at this, along with 73311, 73279 at Ashford, and 86101 at Hither Green. Are they actually going, or is it just hearsay?

Not sure about the machines you've mentioned, but 95% sure 72212 will be gone
