Interestingly, Jarvis no longer use the traditional lowmac wagons.

The reason they dont use the traditional lowmac wagons as they are mostly all now condemded

Lowmacs were vacuum brake only, through piped for air. Since vacuum brakes are no longer used, brake force wagons have to be provided whenever a movement is required - very awkward and expensive.
