This tram was coverted to install new OLE wires at tension for the Leeds station re-modelling. Similar in principle to the WCRM wiring trains but on a smaller scale. It was only used a couple of times, bit of a white elephant! The furthest wagon in this shot used to have a large access platform fitted and the 2nd wagon in the shot is the tensioning unit.

This Tramm has been donated to the North Norfolk Railway, it moved from Colchester to Sheringham on 17/05/06

Enjoy this tramm. I'm sure you'll love it. I worked on it quite alot when it was based at Sandiacre. To be truthful, it's a pile of rubbish, hence it's a bit of a Chesney Hawkes (The one and only!!!) Keep an eye out for the Torque arm bushes!!!
