Perhaps the lad means every day that the MPV works (It must need maintenance) or his shift pattern indicates all of his working days are on RHTT. Anyway, Hidden is a recomendation, not a rule.

They work on a shift rotor constant until Xmas apart from a sat night then after the leaf fall its onto deicing then weed spraying.

What is the nickname for the operator who presses the button to drop the sandite? We call them Button Bobs in Scotland.
