Type 17A, Works No 4146 of 1947 (aka The Bramble Basher) - Running Number B161. Location is next to Bishops Bridge Signal Box at Staverton Station on the South Devon Railway where this trolley has sat rotting in the same position for over 20 years! Perhaps that's how the SDR won the Heritage Railway of the Year 2007?

Looks like the thing next to it used to be some sort of trolley as well!
