I am yet to see a copy of this publiction. Could someone who has clarify what it does include of interest to users of this forum. The comment from Robin suggests it includes 'On-Track Machines' and 'On-Track Plant'. That is, 'Large Plant', 'Road/Rail Plant' and 'Small Plant' in "old money".

The publication covers all rolling stock and locomotives including maintenance equipment i.e. everything from Supervoyager to Sprinter to MPV includes snow ploughs, cranes, tampers etc. No excavators, unimogs, gators, etc.
