On the Branch Line Society trip on Sunday 26th, a Network Rail liveried Land Rover was spotted with no registration plate, but carrying fleet number "296" on the hood - it doesnt appear to be one of their home fleet which carry mytesttrack branding. Any clues to the identity please?

It was formerly R482JGG and can be found on the site here (I've just changed the record to include the "296" number). It can also be seen on the left of this photo...
