Does anyone know where the various Geismar trolleys that were at Finmere have moved to? This site has been cleared to make way for HS2 construction.

In short - no.

However the ex Sandite units have gone to private sites near Bicester (see departmentals.com) so they could also be there. I don't know if the stock was owned by one individual, several or a group?

The LU stock has been moved to an undisclosed location (a farm?) in Sussex

The LU Stock has been moved to a private location in West Sussex

Class 421 1753 moved to Burton Nemesis Rail for restoration.

Most of the other stock was moved to MOD site in Bicester.

So yes it would appear the Ego4s etc are likely also now at Bicester with Coulsdon Old Vehicle & Engineering Society (with AD9117) but hope to confirm shortly.

I'm told all the ex Finmere trolleys and trailer are due to move to Llanelli Railway. Thanks to JF for the news.
