I had done an internet search trying to find out some information on this name, before my first post to this discussion saying I believed part of the train was named.

Now knowing the name I've googled again and found this Linkedin post about Guy Babbs retirement.

Guy Babbs was a long-serving planner at NR, he retired a few years ago and as a mark of respect and thanks, C4403 was named in his honour.
