Hello

Yesterday Saturday 17/10/2015 I passed Plassers on the Greenford flyer and saw a yellow liveried small tamper on the track next to the car park in full view. Can any body help with the ID of this machine?

the vehicle is Croydon tramlink Minima2 (2834/1997)
