Two unbranded RRV wheeled excavators at Fitzgeralds

On 28 June 2024 noticed two unbranded wheeled excavators at Fitzgerald Plant in Cwmbran - I have only recorded the numbers 1065 & 1095 - does anybody know the exact identity of these two machines ?
