You seem to have tried everything EXCEPT following the very clear instructions at the top of the "Log Sightings" page...

In case it still isn't clear, in your case all you need to do is enter 940756.

You can also search for any number, eg 940756 using the "search for a number" feature at the top-right of the website, and then click on the big add sighting button
