Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to resolve these issues. The hosting company is investigating/fixing but there's no ETA on its resolution. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon!

With no end in sight to the hosting company resolving the problems, and them ignoring all update requests; I have taken the opportunity to move the website to a new hosting company. This move should hopefully mean the end to slow loading times and poor reliability.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience; and as a gesture of goodwill I have extended all paid-members' upgrade period by a week.

As we are on a new server, please can I ask people to keep an eye out for any teething problems. I am aware of the following:
- watchlist emails not yet set up.
- photos. With over 20,000 photos on website, it'll take a bit of time to get them all on the new server, so there may be a few blank spaces!
