Now this is a rare sight ! an 07 with its engine bay doors open!!, i thought all the winding handles had been flung through the doors at 50 mph on transit never to be seen again. The tricks some operators would do to not have to check the oil and water :-)

Making a fitter climb over the red hot engine to open the doors on the other side after the winding gearbox had "Become faulty" was always one of my least favorite jobs!

Now we at Leeman Road were looked after !! If you look very carefully on the two engine bay doors you can see cutout plates at the bottom of each door , so when we got the dreaded "engine bay doors wont open we just took the cutout plates off which allowed direct access to the winding greaboxes, job done !!.
