This machine was out of contract at the end of March. It is expected to be retired and, as such, today is making the journey from Oxted to Rugby depot (I drove it as far as Clapham Jn).

Thus the two new 09s - 75008/009 - will be the front line machines in Kent/Sussex

i see 75008/9 on a regular bases at paddock wood ,that are a nice pair tampers
