Quattro road railer 1103 at Cross rail Plumstead 28/07/2018

Seen in the sidings at Cross rail Plumstead newish looking Doosan DX170 I think with number qpl 1103.

Could this possibly be QPL1113 which is already on the site?

Thanks Paul / from my binoculars it looked like 1103 but could very well have been 1113
