Track Machine at Tata Llanwern

Saw an unidentified track machine at Tata Llanwern Strip Mill on 8/9/15. Had Trackwork and a telephone number on the side so I assume this is the owner. Any ideas what it is?

Going by the photo you uploaded it is a GWS75 and they seem to own 2866. It has had a repaint since the photos on site were taken...

I think it's actually 2833 at llanwern, there's a bit of confusion on our records over its ownership
