I am planning a trip to Cheshire soon and I am looking at adding Crewe Electric Depot to my itinerary.

Regarding viewing the Volvo LRB18TC lorries (HX21 FPx etc) is the viewing point still from the car park in the adjacent Wistaston Road Business Centre? I have not been there for sometime

Any help gratefully appreciated

Last few times I've been I've only been able to ID the lorries from passing on the train, the “stabling point” seems to have changed from by the OHLE wiring train to opposite the depot entrance on the far wall adjacent to the mainline amongst the forest of trees'

Looking at this year's sightings at Crewe Electric Depot, 4 or more Volvos have been noted there consistently by different contributors.

Yorkshire, Tony, Gary and Matthew,

From your 2024 postings can you assist me with where to view these Volvos from please?
