Whilst looking for something else relating to Bance, I noticed on the Bance website, that Bance Track Ltd are quoting the address of their service centre as being at Shardlow (on the site of Donfabs and Consillia's workshops). As we know, Railsense acquired Bance back in June 2025,

the company of R. Bance & Co Ltd, was liquidated (per Companies house), on 28/4/2025.

A new company, Bance Track Ltd, t/a Bance was set up on 22/4/2025 (the current, Railsense owned company)

Donfabs & Consillia was liquidated on 5/9/2025.

Based on the information given, am I to take it that Bance Track Ltd t/a Bance, have taken over the assets/operation/workshops/goodwill etc of Donfabs and Consillia from September 2025. IIRC the two firms were once arch rivals in the production of powered personnel trollies!

Any help in confirming these changes would be appreciated.
