On 16/10/2004 there were 3 Daewoo Xtra140 road railers in the yard, Banner RR07, RR08 and RR09

Could not find reference to these 3 on OTP

If you search for the RRxx numbers they should appear?

I'm not aware of a CTRL depot at Dagenham Dock. Do you mean Singlewell.

There was a stabling point for plant there in 2004
