Visited Ballantrae this week and saw a machine labelled "TCT002". It was explained to me this was a tracked machine for the purpose of laying cables. I can't see a TCT002 on this site. I have posted a photo.

I think these are beyond the scope of the site. A quote from last time they were mentioned:
"Regarding the tracked cable carrier, I will not be listing it on the site - I need to draw the line somewhere on the scope of these non-rail-wheeled crawler machines. Those built for carrying rail and sleepers are fine as that's track-related; but cables not so much."
