Had a welcome day out today at Mid Hants and viewing some rr depots as best we could from public vantage points. Most sightings added, a couple I need to check photos first.

When we looked at Coombs, we believe we could see all 5 machines, plus 6 trailers. I'm hoping that someone who visited recently may be able to confirm which we saw.

We viewed from the field between the road and the depot. From the left, there was a pile of 2, then another one, then a pile of 3. The machines were to the right of the trailers, and then going further away.

If anyone can help with this I'd be grateful please.

Hello Cristoff,

All the fleet was in on 31/7, and is not due out for some time. As you viewed from your vantage point, the following were what you saw. Trailers - pile of two were 020220 & 020221, one by itself was 020219, and the pile of three were 020216, 020217 & 020218. Beyond these in two piles of two were 020201 & 020200 and 020201 & 020199. The machine by itself was 940882, and the four machines together were 940885, 940904, 940905 and 910169. 910169 and trailers 020220 & 020221 have not yet covered a shift. The next machine and two trailers are due about October / November. Not quite sure why you didn't go to reception, they are very friendly people. I hope this helps you. All the best. Roger.

Thanks very much for your info. That's brilliant.

The access road was gated, and unfortunately as it was Sunday afternoon there was no one to contact. (There was an emergency contact, but I don't think that we could be classified as such! And not sure exactly who it went through to).
