Hi all............

This afternoon (15th June) I observed what I thought looked like a Network Rail de-icer wagon on the back of a lorry heading south on the M6 near Carlisle.

I'm not sure whether it was 99.70.9594 014-1 from Scotland, so does anybody have any ideas?
