Was on 'The Industria Ditat' UK Railtour on Saturday 6th September 2025, when approaching Chester station from Llandudno direction, I could see a John Deere Personnel carrier buggy road/rail vehicle on the north side of the line, could anyone ID this vehicle please, thanks in advance.
