Saw Railgrinder unit between Barnstable and Winchester in siding today 20th July. Any help with identification appreciated.

Assuming you mean between Basingstoke and Winchester (Barnstable some 150 miles away) it will be DR79301-304 which is currently working off Micheldever Oil Terminal sidings.
