Hello

Last evening 10th March 2015 at 19.45 down slow through Harrow & Wealdstone - 66.564 passed through northbound on a diverted working Hinksey Yard to Bescot hauling one vehicle - a Swedish (I think) Railvac OTP unit.

Any ideas on ID of this machine?
