I've visited Cwmbran a few times and never seem to record this trailer. I suspect it may be one of the ones that I am unable to identify? Could someone who has sighted this recently give me any pointers on where it is / what ID it carries please?

I could, of course, have just been very unlucky not to see it.

It was in the yard at Cwmbran on 5/11, along with NR003 and NR005 on the left hand side as you go through the gate. It is clearly marked as are the other NR trailers. There were 22 trailers in total in that section of the yard.
