Can you tell me whereabouts the AP is at Wymington, how and where you saw those machines at Wellingborough, and where specifically the NR depot at Kettering is please? I think from the latter you access it via a slope near the station, but was wondering whether you viewed from here, or could see them from elsewhere.

Will take a look this weekend if possible I think, seeing how much you both saw there.

Just got back from the area. Found the AP with no problems. Nothing at Wellingborough station. Quite a few things at Wellingborough Down Yard, but a heads up for anyone planning to call in here at any point. Even though I've been down there many times with no issues (workmen have even drove past whilst I've been there and said nothing), today a contractor (looked to be the only guy on site) angrily shouted at me to stop taking pictures as it was private property (I believe you're fine up to the gate though). I stated I was just 'getting a photo of the track machine' (which I was) in case he thought I was doing something different. In a lot of cases this would (and has) placated anybody who has challenged, but not on this occasion, so I immediately stopped and left without arguing. All of the other times I've been there I've not had any problem at all, but just thought I'd let people know in case anyone was planning to call in here in the future. If you are planning to call in, it's best to not spend too long there, and get what you can from the top end of the drive.
