In an effort to improve consistency in location names, I have introduced a new "Sighting Note" text box to accompany the existing location box.
I envisage that the location box should only be used for full location/station/depot names; and the new "Sighting Note" box should have other details, be it the working/headcode etc, note about being stabled in a siding, leaving on a lorry etc.
A few examples can be found below:

And as a general reminder, please do not use the "Sighting Note" (or "Location") box for info about scrappings, refurbishments, a whinge about flags, something trying to get attention of the editors, or anything else that isn't considered a sighting - instead please use the "comment" functionality or "contact us" directly.
